Ede Homes takes pride in our customer service across all elements of our business – from new home sales to our residential and commercial tenants. We always aim to be fair and consistent and strive to make sure that all of our customers have a positive experience in dealing with us.
What can you expect after purchasing your new home?
Once you have either reserved or bought our new home, we will ensure that you are kept up to date with our progress, we will offer the right support and will respond to any queries you may have. At completion, you will have the full check-in service to include a useful handbook (with specifications to NHBC standards, contact details and other useful information) and a guided tour of the property and its appliances. You will then receive an Ede Homes 2 year guarantee on new builds and a 1 year guarantee on conversions / refurbishments, followed by an 8 year structural guarantee from an entity such as NHBC.
